Terms of Service
These terms govern access to RUKNO’s public services and school management platform, together with the commercial agreement accepted by each subscribing school.

School account
The school must provide accurate account information, identify authorized administrators, protect credentials, and promptly remove access that is no longer required. The school is responsible for activity performed through its authorized accounts.
Subscription and activation
The selected plan, billing cycle, price, tax treatment, onboarding scope, trial period, and support arrangements are confirmed during registration or in a separate order. Enterprise and custom services require written sales confirmation before activation.
Fees and payment
Fees are due according to the accepted order or invoice. Public list prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Late or unverified payment may delay activation or result in suspension after reasonable notice, subject to the school agreement.
Acceptable use
RUKNO may be used only for lawful school operations. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s data, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable rights or law.
School responsibilities
The school is responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the data it enters, assigning suitable permissions, obtaining required notices or consents, and configuring workflows in accordance with its policies and applicable obligations.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep RUKNO reliable and secure, but maintenance, updates, internet dependencies, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may improve or change features while preserving the core service covered by an active agreement.
Intellectual property
RUKNO and its software, design, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. The school retains rights in its own content and grants the limited permission needed to host and process that content to provide the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for material non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or serious breach. Termination, export assistance, and deletion of school data follow the applicable order or school agreement and any mandatory legal retention.
Liability and warranties
RUKNO is provided according to the commitments in the applicable school agreement. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties and liability are limited as stated in that agreement; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these public terms and will show the current effective date. Material contractual changes for an active school are handled under its agreement. Questions may be sent to hello@rukno.com.
